Sarah is a Senior Human Resources Professional with 19 years of progressively responsible leadership experience. Sarah completed her Administrative Studies Degree from the University of Winnipeg in 2004 and obtained her CPHR designation in 2008. Sarah is committed to the values and deliverables expected of professionals in the Human Resources Field. Sarah values continuous learning and her goal for 2023 is to pursue and be accepted to the Royal Roads Master of Arts in Leadership.


Sarah’s experience in Human Resources has provided her with extensive exposure and collaboration with both Senior and Executive Leadership teams, as well as working alongside front-line employees and middle- management. Communication, change management, adaptability, and strategic thinking are Sarah’s key strengths, allowing her to lead successful projects and corporate initiatives.


Sarah’s professional and courteous demeanor has led to success in assessing departments that may be struggling, and providing recommendations on areas of growth and development. Sarah excels in facilitating fair and impartial workplace investigations and reports outcomes and recommendations. She considers herself a coach, guide, and mentor to all levels of employees and enjoys navigating conversations with leaders in ensuring the human element of their job responsibilities is always top of mind. Sarah prides herself in fostering positive, trustworthy working relationships with employees and leaders that supports in identifying gaps in training, improving employee engagement, and supporting on-going development of front-line and management personnel.
