Sarah Bridgette, MA-XL (Executive Leadership), BA, CPHR, is a values-based, inclusive, and transparent leader with more than 22 years of experience advancing organizational excellence through people-centered leadership, advancing workplace cultures built on trust, belonging, accountability, and respect.
A lifelong learner and passionate advocate for leadership development, Sarah recently completed her Master of Arts in Executive Leadership from Royal Roads University inclusive of both Graduate Certificates in Change Management and Values-Based Leadership Graduate Certificates. Her academic and professional journey reflects a commitment to leading with authenticity, purpose, and a deep understanding of how meaningful change is achieved through people.
Sarah’s leadership philosophy is grounded in the belief that organizations thrive when individuals feel valued, heard, and empowered to contribute.
